Wir beleuchten, warum es Startups gibt, die die KI mit billigen Arbeitskräften faken: tatsächlich ist es nämlich noch sackenschwer (das ist das Fachwort), "gute" künstliche Intelligenz zu designen. Aktuell kann KI solche Dinge gut abbilden, die ein Mensch in einer Sekunde hinbekommt... Intuition ist davon aber ausgenommen!
Warum KI aktuell so einen Boom erlebt. Dafür braucht es nämlich die Konvergenz aus (mindestens) drei Aspekten: Innovation der Forschung zum Aufbau von neuronalen Netzwerken selbst - Christoph erzählt vom Convolutional Neural Network; einen dramatischen Anstieg von verfügbarer Rechenpower, und von verfügbaren Daten.
Was passiert, wenn Computer auf einmal klingen wie Menschen. Das demonstrierte Google neulich auf der I/O - und Florian sieht damit den Anfang von skalierbarem Social Engineering. Spooky!
Sollten selbstfahrende Autos ethische Entscheidungen treffen können? Aktuell ist noch so viel Zufall im Spiel, dass das kaum ins Gewicht fällt - aber in einigen Jahren werden die aktuell schon heiß diskutierten Entscheidungsprobleme (fahre ich die Oma um, oder die schwangere Frau?) Wirklichkeit werden. Zum Ende der Sendung geht es auch noch um die Fußgänger-Seite des Ganzen - auch für die haben autonome Autos nämlich riesige Auswirkungen in petto.

Übrigens: Die Audio-Qualität hat sich seit Folge 1 ungefähr verdoppelt. Christoph klingt nicht mehr wie (Zitat) "eine bekiffte Ente" (Zitat Ende). Yay!
